Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
- Orders placed on weekends or Canadian holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Destinations
HL33 currently ships throughout Canada.
For shipping to the United States or other international destinations, please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package weight
- Package dimensions
- Delivery destination
- Selected shipping service
Shipping rates are provided by our shipping partners to ensure fair and accurate pricing.
Free Shipping
Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and are subject to specific terms and conditions. Oversized, heavy, or freight items may not qualify for free shipping.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Quebec: 1–3 business days
- Ontario: 2–5 business days
- Western & Atlantic Canada: 3–7 business days
- Remote locations: Additional transit time may apply.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.
Large & Heavy Items
Some restaurant equipment and oversized products require special handling or freight delivery.
For these items:
- Additional shipping charges may apply.
- We may contact you to confirm shipping costs before dispatching your order.
- A signature may be required upon delivery.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- Additional shipping charges may apply.
- HL33 is not responsible for delays or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information indicates a delivery issue, please contact us.
We will assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier. Resolution times vary depending on the carrier's investigation process.
Pickup
Local pickup may be available for selected orders. Customers will be contacted when their order is ready for pickup.
